so you can exhale and share the

shouldered load
you are carrying on this seemingly endless stretch
of treacherous
road
I will take it in and provide it with

sustenance

warmth

and shelter

No time limits
No rush
No stress
No helter-skelter

Or even if only for a little while
I will care for and nurture it as if it were my own child
and return it to you when you are good and ready
to slowly and steadily
re-integrate it into your being
leaving me imprinted with what you have been feeling and seeing
